Peter Gadiel Endorsement of Chris Lauzen for Congress

To Whom it May Concern, As the father of a young man killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, I understand the importance of securing our borders and enforcing our immigration law. Senator Chris Lauzen fully agrees and has a strong record of opposition to illegal immigration; most importantly he was the lead legislator in stopping illegal immigrants from obtaining driver’s licenses in Illinois. That is why I support his candidacy for the Republican nomination for Congress in the 14th District. The 9/11 Commission stated clearly that "terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country." Sadly, there are too many politicians in Springfield and Washington who care more about the demands of the special interests which profit from illegal immigration than about the security of our country. It was their negligence that led to the murders of 3000 people on 9/11. If elected to Congress, Chris Lauzen will be a powerful force supporting laws that will make sure that terrorists and violent felons are unable to cross our borders. He already has a proven record in the State House. I have worked for this cause for almost six years and I ask the voters of the 14th District to elect Chris Lauzen to Congress so that others do not suffer the loss that I have.
